I have devoted my life to the journey of healing, self-discovery, and finding my authentic self while walking this Earth.

Along the way, I have studied and practiced a variety of healing modalities, including Somatic Therapy through Movement, Reiki Mastery, Hypnotherapy, Vibrational Sound Therapy, Vortex Healing, and Emotional Transformation Therapy.

My Approach

My approach is holistic and centered on you as a unique being of body, mind, and soul.

I offer a safe and confidential space where you are welcomed exactly as you are. I walk alongside my clients on their journey of self-discovery, meeting whatever arises in each moment with presence, compassion, and acceptance.
