BBSH Brennan Integration Practitioner and Supervision Training Program
PLEASE NOTE: This current BIP/STP Program is in its final year, and no new applications are being accepted.
Teachers and Advanced Studies students are offered a unique opportunity to continue their professional training and become a Brennan Integration Practitioner (BIP) and Supervisor. The Brennan Integration Practitioner/Supervision Training Program (BIP/STP) is licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education. Students who successfully complete Years 1 and 2 of the program as well as Years 1 and 2 of the Advanced Studies Program are qualified to offer "Brennan Integration Work." The Brennan Integration Practitioner’s responsibilities have two components: BHS Healings and BHS process work. Also, graduates of the program are eligible to be Resident Training in-class group process leaders and supervisors, and outside supervisors for Year 14 and AS students. Our goal is to ultimately replace the student’s current therapy requirements with Brennan Integration Work.
Brennan Integration Work is a process we are developing by combining all the Brennan Healing Science work with other process work we all do and the spiritual teachings of Heyoan. We want to teach this for process work, because students need personal support with someone who has an understanding of the broad, deep aspects of individuality that we bring forth in our school.
The program is open only to graduates of either the Professional Studies Diploma or Bachelor of Science Degree Programs who are currently teachers, graduates of the Advanced Studies Program or students enrolled in the Advanced Studies Program. In all three years of the Brennan Integration Practitioner and Supervision Training program, you will deepen your skills and learn how to:
| • |
Facilitate the teaching and embodiment of Brennan Integration Work |
| • |
Work with the "Brennan Healing Plan" as a foundation for healing, process and supervision clients |
| • |
Lead or co-lead Year 14 supervision and process groups in Resident Training |
| • |
Work with clients long distance |
| • |
Use body-centered energy work during process and supervision sessions |
| • |
Assist a Case Leader for Year 4 students in Resident Training |
| • |
Integrate Brennan Healing Science, Psych-Spiritual Development and Professional Practice Skills when working with students as a BIP or Supervisor |
| • |
Facilitate working with other healthcare professionals |
| • |
Uncover and embody your personal leadership |
The program has both Resident Training and Distance Learning Modules.
PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Graduates of the program can expect to offer private sessions that fulfill the Professional Studies Year 14 personal process sessions and Advanced Studies Years 12 students’ supervision requirements.
Graduates of the program are eligible to become Resident Training in-class group process leaders and supervisors, and out-of-class supervisors.
Graduates of the program can become eligible to be a Case Leader on the Year 4 team by fulfilling the following additional requirement: a Year 4 Case Leader-in-Training is required to assist on Case for two years before becoming eligible to be a Case Leader.
Year 3 of BIP/STP consists of an internship as an in-class Supervisor-in Training in a BBSH Resident Training process and supervision group. After successful completion of the internship, one is qualified to lead BBSH in-class process and supervision groups.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
